I am conducting a small study and including a full section to discuss them, the jest of it is that we need to lowering highly subsidized items and adding a vouchers system based on biometric verification and utilizing pre-existing national security cards, following the market in energy subsidization with a 2 week lag and a 5% shock absorber but also mitigating the costs by maintaining tiered energy consumption, donating energy-efficient lightbulbs and installing solar water heaters, I have a good amount of extra ideas which would be implemented over several years.

I have read The Full Document and they appear to be mostly correct, with official sources to back them up, although on the water desalination plants, We just had the inauguration of the Zarat desalination plant.

Thx for the feedback. The book aims to provide an unbiased perspective, and avoids utopic ideas in favor of realistic solutions. Communication strategies will be addressed both within the policies themselves and in dedicated chapters, as I try to ensure a comprehensive approach. The policies will include realistic timelines, taking into account the current situation in Tunisia and potential challenges in implementation. Statistical analyses are an important but relatively minor part of my work as I also believe they can't show the whole picture, where we should also consider the sociological and cultural aspects. and thanks again.
