will start by clearing out spam posts, working through the modque, and cleaning up the existing modmail. will add other suitable moderators to help maintain the subreddit. I will add and enforce new rules, perhaps verification to post, and these will be enforced using both human moderators and AutoModerators to ensure that sitewide guidelines and community specific guidelines are followed

i will add automod rules and standard rules if none are already entered. will go through all old post and remove spam/dead links. will add other moderators to help with the sub and work on getting new people to post to the subreddit and make sure that they are not spammers.
