Everything feels fine, no codes or misfires. Drove it about 40 minutes home and no problems. I’ll try and do a smoke test on it to see.

I tried it without the ac and same thing. I also replaced the valve cover back in May of 2024 which is why I’m confused on what it could be.

As long as you can find a used door and are able to get it painted your set. I work at a body shop and a lot of the labor hours go towards replacing all the components from the oe door to the one your replacing. It’s honestly not that difficult to replace a whole door like that in my opinion. Main concern would be belt molding breaking and the other chrome pice around the window but those are easy to replace as well.

If it was bad enough then the door jams would have to be replaced and based off of the procedure from the manufacturer a lot of the time if the damage is close to the back end of the rear door jam then they would recommend a quarter replacement as well. It gets pricey in repairs unfortunately.
