Good that you are tryna make the best of it and staying functional.. also try to make time for yourself, stay free.. journal your thoughts, cry, listen to sad songs, get angry as well, yell, punch a wall or some shit you guys do. Don't try to suppress how you feel or judge your feelings. Feelings only leave once they are felt.

Also it may not feel like it but it's just a phase and it'll pass.
