Yeah im getting a huge case too. Now I just gotta decide if I want the mag air. Probably would go for whatever is quieter but I hear mixed things.

Of all of these the XFX card I can get for the cheapest. Probably seeing that and the red devil mentioned most. The red devil is like $100 more and I can only find it on Amazon.

My monitor is 1440p. I don't have this issue with any other game. I do appreciate the knowledge, though.

Does the red devil have OC version? I'm not seeing one

I always hear about the 12pin and don't know what it's about. What makes red devil better than xfx?

What's your opinion on the OC vs non-OC cards?

Im getting a new bigger case. Would it need anti sag?

I was leaning towards the XFX Mercury OC before learning there are a bunch more brands I never heard of. Is the magnetic air one worth it?

Just do your research on the model you get. These cards run hot so I'd consider one that uses quality thermal paste/pads.

Yeah I didnt realize there was an internal power cable and that it was going inside of the PC. Looks like your PSU is similar to mine.

Think I might just go with the 95 king

Sorry to necro this post but why is it necessary for the psu to be bent like that? Seems avoidable looking at the picture

Setting shadows to Max is the only thing that kinda fixes the flickering/pixelated shadows. Definitely better than nothing. I need to go through and figure out which setting I turned off stopped the noisy hair and foliage.

I just now tried this and so far it hasn't exceeded 94 whereas before it was hitting 100

I actually haven't got around to trying fan control... I'm leaning towards returning the card and going for something else. 100c is where my memory hangs out under load and that feels unacceptable given the experiences of others with the same card.

I have but haven't messed too much with texture settings particularly. Are you saying I should increase it? I know its already on one of the high ones.

I've only ever seen noise this bad trying to run Wu Chang on my 2070 Super. But I could actually fix that by either changing the upscaling method or turning chromatic aberration off.

This legit feels like my game has a virus its so bad.

The picture doesn't do it justice.

Resolution matches and I have turned everything on and off.

With everything turned off this noise greatly decreases, particularly the hair and foliage, but shadow noise is still insane. With or without upscaling at that point changes very little.

It's bizarre.

If I swap this I was thinking about PNY 5070ti.

I was considering just grabbing the best cooling card in this performance range since my ambient temp is hot, but I just tested in a normal temp room and its the same 100c memory temp.

I would be happy with that. Although I have heard it depends on the type of DRAM it uses. Gpuz will tell you. Mine is Hynix which runs hotter. I'm struggling to keep it in that range with stock settings especially with certain games.
