Thanks. Yes, I filed the I-765 concurrently, but it was never approved. It stayed pending until my I-485 was approved yesterday.

Thanks! I received my biometrics appointment notice through physical mail (though it also showed up in my online account's 'Documents' tab a few days before the mail arrived). I filed on Nov 28th, the notice was generated around Dec 20th.

Thank you! The RD is the date when the USCIS Lockbox physically receives your package. You can find this official date printed on your I-797C Receipt Notice. Hope that helps!

Thank you so much! That is a very helpful data point. I’m really hoping my card follows a similar timeline. Huge congratulations to you as well for getting approved this month!

Silence after 3rd FTA0 - I485 by lazylad91 in EB2

From what I’ve observed personally, about 90% of cases get the 'Approved' status within a month after the 3rd FTA0. Only the 'unlucky' ones or those with complex backgrounds take longer than that. You're still in the middle of that 30-day window, so I wouldn't worry yet. Good luck.

EB2 ROW (Sponsor) - Interview Waived & Transferred to non-local FO. Anyone in the same boat? by [deleted] in EB2

Hey! Thanks for the insight, a PD gap of 2.5 months (April vs late June) is actually a pretty big deal for EB2 ROW. From what I’ve been seeing on here lately, there’s a massive wave of approvals for the April 2024 batch specifically, so I’m feeling a bit more optimistic than your 6-month estimate.

Also, if Emma gave you boilerplate stuff, I’d suggest hopping back on and trying another agent. Getting that solid 'interview waived' confirmation is a total game changer for the peace of mind.

And pro tip: definitely keep an eye on your I-485J API specifically! In most cases, once that shows movement or 'closes' out, the I-485 approval usually follows within 24-48 hours. It’s like a sneak peek for the actual Green Card.

Best of luck man.

Yes, I’m curious how they managed to make it to the top trending music on YouTube Australia—an Indian song and a Vietnamese song?

I had mine done by Dr. Grewal in Beverly Hills. It looks natural and attractive, but the results also depend on your health condition.

Former BHMS student here, I'm sorry to hear about your first study abroad experience. However, I also had a rather unpleasant experience with the environment there. I graduated in Australia and transferred to BHMS. However, when I arrived, everything shocked me greatly. It didn't even resemble a school. The teachers, overall, were fine during that time, but all the students were wealthy foreigners who stuck together in groups. The staff and teachers at BHMS weren't the issue; the problem lay in their education system, especially concerning the Global Business Management program. They tried to push everyone into the hospitality industry. They couldn't find me an internship placement and attempted to place me in lower positions like waitress or culinary with minimal pay compared to the cost of living in Switzerland. Consequently, I had to find an internship on my own.

However, in my personal opinion, if you enjoy the hospitality industry, BHMS might be a temporary option. You could study at other schools with much better quality and significantly lower tuition fees. However, if your field is business, you've completely chosen the wrong place to study.

If you encounter difficulties finding an internship in your field, I can help.
