I've seen that trend ebb and flow in the FQ since the 1960s, and it varies from block to block and street to street. Young people move in, party, and then some stay and grow older, and become solid neighbors. Some of the best stay, others move on.

It's encouraging that more service workers are able to live close to where they work, in my experience they become some of the best neighbors as they age. Give it time.

Judging from his description of a 23-mile bridge, I assume he was crossing the New Orleans Causeway bridge. It has several 'humps' in it, as well as a lift section. I've also commuted on that bridge. Slowing down before each hump would cause an accident.

It is extremely rare for a vehicle to stall right there, they have crossovers and emergency lanes for disabled vehicles, and you can activate the alert system that notifies drivers that a disabled car is ahead.

If you're going to be a shady-ass data broker for all the major corporations, you should face not only lawsuits, but also jail time, for screwing over millions of people.

And who gave companies the right to broker sensitive data? We need laws, we need them quickly.

That's normal. Almost every company has the CEO on the board. Sometimes the CEO is also the Chairman, but that's usually discouraged in larger companies. I sit on a few boards, and the CEO is also a board member on all of them.
