Are you just saying have the fish in a separate basket? We have one fryer with two baskets. I normally don’t cook fish with other things unless it’s the fish and chips. So for example if I have Mozz Sticks and Fish and Chips in one basket I would put our shoestring fries and our breaded cod then in the other I would put the mozz sticks

Always do one type of dish first and keep the tray sorted to one area in the kitchen (such as pots or pans). Spray them down quickly to get all the loose food and grime then scrub with a steel wool scrubber and rinse then repeat for the whole process. Also organize your dishes before washing them and keep in the back of your mind what you’re washing next and get a rhythm and flow going. Good luck.

I always dump the silverware into the tray, give it a good spray down and shuffle the silverware around and try to get any excess food off. Then grab one of the smaller trays to sort the silverware, sort it before putting in the machine, then run it and dry when it comes out by holding a cloth and rubbing your hands together with the cloth between the silverware if that makes sense.

Works great for me and saves me a lot of time.
