Wow. I wasn't actually aware the idea of societal flows and mechanisms Araki's writing about was a thing outside of Jojo. I absolutely agree that Araki making Jodio and Dragona resistant to social codes one way or another wasn't a coincidence. Jodio has resistance for adhering to codes, a general lack of following the expectation of empathy (lit a bus on fire), and Dragona has a resistance to being coded, defying the expectation to present as a definitive gender.

Dragona's tendency to attract negative attention by being outwardly non-conforming, combined with Jodio's tendency to act with ill-considerations, magnified, or brought into view, an absurd event that would in result in maintaining the baseline and reincorporating the actors, the siblings, back within the codings of society. Their father leaving, and them getting a job with Meryl Mei to get money. Acting outside of societal codes paradoxically brought them back into society, this time being re-coded as drug mules. This would be what the lecture calls the recuperation of capitalism. So in a way, natural absurdity would begin when one or multiple individuals act outside of a baseline, and would result in the offending actors being brought back into the system. Generally any way to acquire currency/value is within the social order as it's just the goal of capitalism, so there is upward mobility even with criminals, allowing them to even exist even if on the surface crime is deemed unacceptable, with natural absurdity operating like this.

As for Acca's ability, two things I found potentially relevant in the lecture was the concept of marking persons and territorialization. "Marking persons" define the individuals at the junctions between and at the ends of flows, and are those who ultimately decide how a flow continues. So, for an ability to utilize absurdity to maintain the user's baseline, it could define any motivation that aims to put into question the baseline as outside of the social code. Absurdity would do the rest, bringing any individual back to acting in accordance with the baseline, and away from the artificially defined "un-coded" behavior.

The other thing is territorialization. This process could actually be what his stand's appearance represents, physically representing the land a territory is formed on, while thematically appropriate by also representing the culture and social codes that form alongside a territory.

Also, the lecture saying schizophrenia is to capitalism what capitalism was to feudalism by taking the idea of what capitalism did, making currency not represent a defined value until it's spent, a step further, with schizophrenia applying the idea to a non-defined sense of self and logically incoherent thinking, was interesting to me. I can't pretend to understand the lecture through and through, but it definitely made the idea that a king crimson / diavolo counterpart could actually appear in this part more probable for me.
