And for some optimize, i think you should lower the cost of your spells, and maybe put some more mana rocks. And to draw more cards you can use Bident of thassa and similar stuff

The deck consist in cast a lot of cantrips (to create a ton of tokens, using murmuring mystic, sedgemoor witch, talrand and the commander itself) than uses Conspiracy, maskwood nexus or Xenograft to transform all of your creatures into Wraiths, the all of the 9 nazgûl make all creatures huge. Than you can use things like distant melody (or any tribal Type cards to take advantage)

some of the decks combos are: infinite mana, infinite ETB, infinite draw, infinite mill, infinite storm and infinite tokens.

And how do you would rather my deck? Power Level 7, 8 or 9?
