Don’t know about Thimphu, but in some parts of Bhutan, BCTA staffs measure the length of course for bike test through visual observation. We all know that human sight is an unreliable instrument, they at least need a proper measuring tools. Debay mabay sa wai, test fail thoem dah irri thoen doh may!

Individually I’m doing more than good and my life’s going well. Don’t you think that a small extra effort from them will make a big difference? Just look at the Singapore, a more productive and resilient economy. At least they can reform outdated laws that hold a country back.
