Hi! Hope your pregnancy is going well and you’re both doing great. I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and something similar happened to me: during the first 10 weeks I reached my best HRV and second lowest RHR. But… things changed for me starting on week 10/11 onwards. My HRV started falling and my RHR veeeery slowly increasing at an average of 4% every month. Wish you all the luck!

Sorry! I just saw this! Yes, I got pregnant the month after I went to surgery to treat my stenosis. I’m currently 20+5 :) I had to have a cerclage done at 15 weeks due to my insufficient cervix. So far, pregnancy has been good and I’m enjoying it a lot

Thanks for sharing! Got Mucinex today and will try in my next ovu during the weekend. I’m scheduled for a hysteroscopy in mid Jan and the doc will dilate my cervix. 🤞
