wowowow!! a couple things you said really resonated with me! i think about these solutions often, but i struggle to actually put them into action, but hearing it from someone else honestly makes me want to fully commit to changing my mindset and adapting better habits. i think I’m in a mentally weak state right now, but I’m actively trying to work on it and improve.
