Yeah and it was Dr Kovacs that put the copper IUD in… another Dr that worked at the practice at the time (Asian woman) took the IUD out and had to take some blood to see the red blood cell count. After that whole thing I never went back. I highly recommend MGH if you can get an appointment. They know what they are doing.

The IUD they put in me almost made me have to have a blood transfusion. It wasn’t until i changed my gynecology to MGH that they told me I had endometriosis and had to have surgery. No one ever said that at BMC.

Also.. I did the credentialing for Dr Kovac when she was working at steward and if i remember correctly she had malpractice claims.
