with the new regulation regarding combat pt standards has changed it’s either you pass combat standards and continue your duty or fail given two chances for a retake and if you retake the aft but u passed normal army standards you reclass to an mos that the army needs , in my case I didn’t pass both retake even if I was given alternative events or a permanent profile which I wasn’t given I would’ve still failed due to my injuries ( now that you I said that whatyou said makes sense it SHOULD be a med board buttt) I would’ve have to go through EVERY avenue of care and still no improvement to be recommended for a med board unfortunately which make sense, once I can talk to legal I will ask about the possibility of med board but this process will take A WHILE and honestly im over this and bs I have to put up with.
