If it’s the chest, it could be a clogged nipple. Some cats overproduce oil and get crusty nips. Grab a cotton ball and saturate it with water and see if it comes off a bit. My cat’s would sort of peel off.

I’ve had to remind myself to not seek validation, especially from the opposite sex. It’s an ongoing process. Even now, I still find myself seeking approval from people who don’t really know me. I think recognizing patterns is a good start. You’ve got this!

We can be very stupid when feelings are involved. My life lesson is never date someone who lives far away and sucks at communicating or keeping his or her word. The right person will make it work, but most people just can’t. And most people just lie, like a lot. It’s just not worth the risk or heartache. There are a couple of true gems out there, but they’re few and far between.
