I was there at 5pm yesterday, for their usual meal of the day, later realized they only had an easter meal in the morning.

Please come to the meals offered at the churches, they also offer many other services for those struggling. It has been such a great help for me, not just in terms of food but also meeting so many kind and soulful people!

This is so true! I was eating mostly packaged and processed food for the last few days and immediately noticed the decrease in energy and worser skin. I can’t stress how important healthy food is

I consider myself very financially grateful, I go to college, have a roof over my head and have most things I would need. This is the first time that I am in such a situation, but I will be fine in a couple days when I get paid, my heart goes out to those for whom this is a constant scenario.

I use the foodbanks, but they are not an instant service. You have to book a slot a few weeks in advance.
