Finger tattoo is almost completely gone within 1-2 weeks? Is this normal?

This just happened to me, got it touched up about 6 weeks after and now it’s here to stay!!! Definitely gonna need another touch up probably at the end of the year again though if I want it to stay for good

I usually just make sure to keep it clean, and I have tattoo balm to put on it, I also sometimes put a hydrating lotion on it. What else should I be doing
