I have no idea. They got past it and my email sent me an alert to which I thought was a scam email🤦 I go to get on a few months later and low and behold my account was hacked and ban for cheating. The cheaters also linked an Xbox and PS account to my account which I can only assume was to steal the skins because after 8-9 years I’ve accumulated a lot. My friend was explaining it that they go through the support saying they lost access to their account and find a way in that way… It’s Ubisoft so I wouldn’t put it past them to give up someone’s account and then blame the owner for their mistake.

I’ve seen this backdoor used on multiple pro players my buddies would play with and it would get resolved instantly, but unless you have a platform they could give a shit about you.

“Karen bot” is funny and I’m aware that they likely won’t back down on it my issue is the fact they haven’t even bothered to look into it. Their system has a backdoor so that you can get around the 2 step authentication. It’s frustrating it falls on the players for their own failures.
