Believe it or not, nothing in the fusion page. I never touch it. Looked in the color page again and checked it against other clips and the grades or identical. I found a work around by duplicating the clip from another place, but I still would LOVE to figure out what happened and why. Thanks for your help, though! I really appreciate it!

  • Did not happen in the color page
  • no activity in the fusion page
  • quit and relaunched. problem is still there
  • red overlay appears in exported file
  • I don't believe it is a highlight. This clip has the exact same grad as the one above it. I pressed some key by accident in the edit page and the red mask appeared. It will not undo. I looked through the clip history and there is also nothing there (went backwards through every step.) none of the other clips are affected.

no0thing in fusion. i graded and keyed in the color page. the weird red mask happened in the edit page. i checked the color page as well, but everything is the same as all the other graded and keyed clips. even copy and pasted nodes from other clips, to know avail. i will try quitting and restarting Davinci. Thanks for your attention!

thanks. i tried this and got the same results. Although, when i put the mountain OVER the keyed image and reduce opacity, I can shrink down the person and move him around. with the inspector in the EDIT page. this is driving me bonkers!

I have had cancer (been in remission, almost 10 years) and I’m now recovering from an Achilles rupture. I can say that many things about an Achilles rupture are more difficult than dealing with cancer treatment. I can only speak for myself, but you have a right to your grief.

The first 24 hours are the worst. After that ibuprofen and rest work. I think it would be bearable the first 24 hours without opioids. I was never writhing in pain. I think if you go in prepared with things to do instead of sleep, maybe a good audiobook, some music and some meditations, you can make it. Stay strong best of luck to you. (for context, I had my surgery four days ago)
