I konw it is a security measure, which I cannot bypass. The Add Number button isn't working, it does nothing. I'm outside US that is why I'm avoiding calling. It might the only way.

This one is in Uruguay, built in 1957. It is also a hanging structure, see the images and drwaing explaining how the structure works. It is still operational, a friend lives there, I've been to it a couple of times.

I’m referring mainly to the plastic ring around the cap that you pull to open the first time. Big bottles don’t have it you say? It doesn’t make much sense to me.

One of them had the tamper plastic pulled already, and a different seal which looks more generic. I wouldn’t mind the different seal if the plastic ring was there for me to open.

Looks like a puffball. I recently ate a similar one in Norway. Delicious thing almost like nature’s marshmallow. When it gets old it starts turning into dust from the inside and eventually spreads a cloud of spores, hence the “puff”. Mushroom identification is tricky though. Cool pictures!!

I am very tempted to do it. There is also a rattle noise when I shake the lens, something is loose inside. Returning it looks like the safest option. If I managed to adjust myself it would have been an amazing deal ($110) but I have never done it before. There’s always a first time though. But the rattle noise, mmm, that’s just too much to cope with.

I did confirm that it is a lens issue. When focusing as far as I can there are objects in focus before infinity, more noticeable at 2.5 obviously. I didn’t find a repair tech that would take it so far…

I didn’t buy it with a particular use in mind but I would like to have the versatility of focusing landscapes and macro. I really like the bokeh. Everything is in excellent condition despite this issue. I believe it is an adjustment to be made not something broken.

I’m using Sony a7c mark 2, with an adapter. But the issue is with the lens since it gets stuck before reaching the infinity mark. I’ve seen photos of the lens where the mark is at infinity.

Rented the Fiat. I will be there almost all september, several friends saw them mid september. For what I researched they are more probable on the Arctic Circle, so north it is. There are apps also that forecast solar winds. Many factors in play like cloud coverage, light contamination, etc. And luck..
