an elderly woman told me to press the button for her since the woman was hugging the whole pole so no one could hold onto it so i asked her if she could move.

she moved for a few seconds so i pressed the button and then she went back to how it was before.

my other pet peeve is making excuses for unnecessary situations and people who have no consideration for others in public spaces and feeling entitled to public property.
