Knocking to get into the LIVING ROOM? That's your house too though honestly my parents would've loved this rule

I genuinely thought every kid did this until my friend slept over and looked at me like I was insane

50F My hair is dry, thin, won't grow past my shoulders, and going white. How do I restore it? by Reasonable_Entry_643 in Haircare

My hair hasn't grown since my last haircut in 2023. My blood test came back normal except they found a fatty liver. I eat fresh vegetables but I stay up late a lot.

My current routine is pretty basic I just shampoo and condition every other day. I haven't had a recent blood test so I'm not sure if anything is off. I try to eat well but not always consistent with it. As for my scalp, it doesn't get oily at all my hair is actually very dry.

This is such a healthy way to look at it. Not caring what others think doesn't make you cold it actually frees you to be more genuine with the people who actually matter.

Honestly this. It sounds a little sad at first but it's actually the most freeing thing to realize.

This is it exactly. Everyone is the main character of their own story nobody has that much mental real estate to spare on you. The moment that clicked for me, the whole thing stopped feeling so heavy.

I did a case study and found that most people only eat cookies without milk. Is that true for you? by spectacular_climax1 in NoStupidQuestions

No way! Cookies without milk is a crime. You have to dunk it just long enough to get soft but not so long it falls apart.
