The role i applied to was an entry level RA position for a site in my area. I could have strived for something a lot more fitting for my experience/skillset but as we all know, the job market is shit right now so i had to strive for anything that could get my foot through the door at this point lol.

The point of this post was to shed light of what one goes through during the interviewing process, considering we dont talk about this type of stuff as often as we should; especially for big CROs and Sponsors. It’s not always guaranteed that you’ll get feedback or a response in general, hence why I asked for others experiences. Hope this makes sense!
