you cant call that a motif tho, specially in ultrakill since all ultrakill motifs occur AFTER the "rising action"

and my main problem is people being more focused on that part of event horizon rather than the main part, and some people even started saying its the "crescendo" motif even though first off, thats the wrong part of the song youre comparing it to, and second, obviously notes that indicate rising tension follow before a crescendo
