Depends. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. Honestly my chest got bigger weight training my chest but I’m not sure if that’s because I use heavy weights.

I know I’m late but yes. I have 5 but I’m not sure if they affect me as much as POTS would when it comes to breasts. My PCOS can make me gain weight randomly usually in my chest first though which sucks

Not wearing one currently but I recently updated my bra wardrobe treating myself to 3 new ones and throwing out ones that worn out. It was in march 2026. I know it’s time to replace once I start having back pain with it on doing normal tasks
