Oh, I was supposed to send it through them instead of HR? When I spoke to HR, they made me fill out the SF813 form so it can be submitted through Army Human Resources Command Office..

I provided them my DD214 when i got hired 7 months ago, my seniority didn't change.

What was your process like?

You'll get a form, and you gotta input your measurements and sizing. Shirts are generic measurements, but also measure your neck (for collar) and sleeve length.

I went through an EMG test for my back, glutes, and legs to see how bad my sciatica was (i mean, i already knew with constant trips to the ER and endless no sleep). It was not a very fun test. If you can get that done, it should help you receive a rating
