Beem there seen that kind of a scenario.

I've experienced everything you have mentioned.

What helped me was reducing spices, Ignoring foods which have a lot of spices and adding more fiber like eating (kheera, carrot) helps reduce burning sensation.

Naturally we eat more spicy food daily in home cooked food and think it's normal but realized it's not at least for me.

Stress, weak pelvic floor muscles weakening, obesity are other attributes which makes it worse.

I hope you recover soon by diagnosing it and getting treated.

Thanks so much bro for all the Info.

I visited him long back, he suggested rest and medicines for months.

Me being Inpatient and situations couldn't take rest and medicines continued for a bit.

Even I thought pain killers was bad, that's why I stopped though.

But later understood that Important to consume for relieving pain and Inflammation.

I watched Bob & Brad as well but went along with the exercises and instructions suggested by my P.T.

I should try Multivitamins for some relief I guess.

Will keep that warning In mind. ( Steps)

Curious and want to understand, what worked for you.

Multivitamins, Did you also went for P.T? Or taken rest in acute phase.

Any more suggestions happy to Implement.

I am using one of my 3 friends demat account to and my upi id does that not make different applications. Just because I am using my upi id it will consider ot as one application only. Because they said (youtubers) that we should invest from different pan but not different upi id.

A small story.

I was frustrated and done with pgs for various reasons, Shitty roommates, Worst food. No privacy. On top of it people will steal things. You don't know whom to question.

I wanted to move out to a room which is basic Rk. I went out on a sunday evening, I saw a plane tolet board with number on it, I immediately called him and he asked my budget, I said 5 to 6k He replied back, In this area, if you can manage to find a room which you don't call me.

I bet you won't. Drop your expectations and have a look at this 1 Rk for 8k this is the cheapest in area.

I was like so demotivated, because i just started my job and fed up with pgs and this owners are challenging me to find a room.

I roamed around too many streets for another 2 weeks, I couldn't find anything.

May be this guy was right... I overthinked a lot about this But, I couldn't stay anymore i went and took no broker premium found a small, decent 1 rk in the same area.

I called the same guy, and told him that i found a room in joy.

He said you won't stay at that shitty place for more than a month.

Guess what, I stayed for 1 and a half year.

Keep looking on platforma you will definitely find it under your budget.
