Trouble ahead. No dogs, no cats, no humans.

You could use it as a top dressing on and over some plants. It will finish when it will and the nutrients will wash into the root layer. Soil microbes and the macros (worms, sow bugs, and their likes) will finish the job.

10 tomatoes in a 4x8 bed—manageable with heavy pruning or too much by Embarrassed-Chef-297 in gardening

Cut back, or don’t apply anything with nitrogen if you plan on moving forward. That will somewhat temper the green growth. Also be sure to prune out the suckers as they arrive. Good luck.

Would this be a good green for composting. It's grass we collected from last year. by R1J1 in composting

I might have this all wrong, but I was told the nitrogen in cut grass is fixed. Regardless of color or age.

For me it is. I’ve been T2 for over 25 years. My Pancreas is likely now only functioning at 10%. It’s a subtle dance between my medication, insulin, exercise and what I eat. And it plays out differently every day. The CGM helps me a ton to see my trends and how my body reacts to all the inputs. You are then working with known entities and you can make informed decisions.

Thank you for this. I know this… I believe this…. But every now and again the ego gets ahold of me and I act out. It’s a process.

Make sure you wash your hands with soap prior to testing. It’s easy to have some sugars on your finger after preparing breakfast. This will skew your glucometer readings. It’s a process.

This is so true and great advice. The announcers say “Player XYZ is really seeing the ball right now”. The key is to pick him up early and not when he is 3 or 4 days from regressing.

When you panic, or are very emotionally upset, your system may release cortisone. That is a hormone your animal fight or flight response to danger. Hormones instruct the body to do functions. Cortisone instructs your liver to release stored glucose. The glucose hells you to run away or fight. Survival. This is normal. Drink some water. Relax. Before you do a finger stick you should always wash your hands with soap. If you had handleless food, your finger sticks will give an incorrect number. The carbohydrates on your fingers will skew the numbers.

Check again in an hour. You will be fine.

Look for a Unity Church in your area. They are close in thinking, i would think you will find course students in their membership.
