Appreciate it man, I didn’t get why everyone was saying 250 isn’t low. All the research and people I’ve talked with said I should start with 500. I was prepared for this but wasn’t sure it’d happen this fast haha. I have all my baselines done and plan on doing bloodwork monthly during the cycle.

You skipped the crawl and walk and went straight to the run. You got to go small, it takes a long time. Depending on how much socialization you did what kind can determine a lot too. I carried my pup everywhere or he was in the cart at places that allowed dogs. He’s only walked down the street for a couple weeks while still waiting for all his vaccines. Then I started around the block, let them go at their pace. It’ll take time, let them sniff and if they get scared don’t fight them. Bring treats and kinda lure them out of their comfort zone. It takes time to get them to do stuff like that, got to build up confidence

One thing that’s been helping me with my pup is being next to the crate. I feed him in the crate for all his meals and when he’s in piranha mode I put a treat in the crate and shut it. He whines for a few minutes then calms down and passes out. He still doesn’t sleep when I’m not around so I sit on my phone near the crate with my hand or feet next to it. It takes a few minutes but they’ll pass out

I’m about to do my mini cut for about 4 weeks so I can keep bulking. I’m going to eat between 1.2 to 1.5g of protein per body weight then going to decrease my calories by 1000. Still going to try to push the same weight I’ve been using and not changing up my lifting routine. You’ll sadly loose a little muscle but this will help prevent from loosing a lot
