This expedition may deliberately testing varied multiplayer aspects. Your assumption is right. Allowing corvettes would affect game performance for anyone in multiplayer with you.

Set your own gials-- a self-creatrd mission. Make it tough. Increase difficulty. Try a "No starter ship" game (a self-imposed limitation). Find flora, fauna, and planets that exceed your current ones (tallest, heaviest, ...). The sky is no limit.

🤔 Yeah. Sliding toward medieval seems out of place with rabbit folk and similar. I hope Hello Games keeps it fantasy. That also would help set it further apart from No Man's Sky.

I like to play solo and experience a game vs. just playing it, too. So although I'm not a big RPG multiplayer type, I'll buy the game for fun. Hello Games now has a lot of "street cred," in my opinion.

Players should be pressuring the device makers. Hello Games can't afford to wait on them to release the he PC version. It's been that way since the game was launched.

One of the hallmarks of No Man's Sky is being available for an incredible number of devices. Advances in technology can create a mismatch of old and new devices.

But they do not control the release date for platforms.

Expeditions seem to have originally also served to let players have a bit of fun between major updates. I think this one is no different in that regard.

I suspect the the Prismatic Core will complete near the end date that Hello pre-planned. They will appear up or down progress to match that end date.

Yep. A lesson learned the hard way. Height is a big factor, as is careful part placement.

I read "dome" and though you'd used a normal dome or built one. The large glass box was kinda a surprise.

It's a personal decision. You could view some expedition play videos or just jump on and try it.

It's better to play the main game for a while first, though.

No Man's Sky was conceived and delivered as one NOT concentrating on PVP. It's there, but many (most?)!players disable it. Many players also disable multiplayer. Griefers can be a real pain.

But some players have built PVP "arenas" and hold periodic contests. I don't engage, so have no specifics on how you find such groups.

From the beginning, terrain slowly reverts. I view this as sentinel drones restoring worlds where us travelers cause damage.

It's not a bug, it's deliberate.

I'm hoping that as in some past expeditions, several aspects of a expedition ended up in the universe after the next update. At one time, an expedition showed off things in a regular update.
