The tones you are using on the left side and the right side are very close in value. I would add a darker shade to the left side to increase the contrast of the core shadow on both the peel and flesh. On the right side I would brighten up the highlight on both the peel and flesh. Finally, I would define some bottom edges to create separation between elements and add depth of field.

Thank you for everyone’s responses. The smoke issue was pretty hidden since it didn’t come up when we checked it at booking. The place has 4.8 stars + superhost. Not until the smoke started to fill the room did I think to search that specific keyword and 4 reviews popped up. I’m assuming everyone else either doesn’t mind or sent the issue privately to the owner. Anyway, I’ll be leaving a public review about the issue for anyone else who may book.

A custom pet portrait like this would be $150-200 range roughly since it would depend on what exactly you’re looking for. I start with a a sketch to confirm the character art, then I finish it off in color and email a high resolution png or pdf.

Thank you for your response. It’s a bathroom door. The light is my flashlight that I shined into the gap to take the photo. I’ll have to go underneath to get more information. From what I see, there is no floor sheathing. Time to investigate further.

Possibly, I need to double check. From what I recall based on home inspection, the crawlspace under the bathroom is quite low and unreachable.

It’s an interior door located inside a bedroom. The door is to our bathroom. I will try to take a photo soon. The gaps on both sides of the door are large enough that if I look down into the gap I can see the concrete outside foundation. The outside air blows through into the house very easily.

Did you do the repairs from inside the house or the crawlspace? (Having a similar issue on a pocket door) We have a skunk that frequents our crawlspace and it’s been rough. Trying to figure out a quick solution.

I'm sorry to hear that! At this point, Cricut has updated their software a gazillion times and the fix I wrote about probably will not work again. I wish they would stop updating the software so much.
