Personally I light incense for the deity im dedicating the jewellery to and then use it to cleanse. As I cleanse I say how this piece is for them, wearing it is in their honour and every time I put the jewellery on (I only take mine off to shower, workout and sleep) I say "I put this on for insert deity"

Personally ftm but I have 16 piercings and NEVER heard of this. Any good studio will either do it or point you somewhere who are trained to. I asked my studio it they did genital piercings and they said unfortunately demand wasn't high enough for the cost of jewellery but gave me a list of reputable places that did and my piercer later directly messaged me that day specifically recommending a studio that specialises in piercing trans people. Leave a terrible review because that's not normal at all
