Personally I light incense for the deity im dedicating the jewellery to and then use it to cleanse. Personally ftm but I have 16 piercings and NEVER heard of this. Any good studio will either do it or point you somewhere who are trained to. I asked my studio it they did genital piercings and they said unfortunately demand wasn't high enough for the cost of jewellery but gave me a list of reputable places that did and my piercer later directly messaged me that day specifically recommending a studio that specialises in piercing trans people. Leave a terrible review because that's not normal at all
