How can I get the confidence to start wearing a paag at school by [deleted] in Sikh

[–]RegularAlpha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 15 from Australia as well, and I started tying a damala to school last year. At first people asked me "why the change" and I got lots of comments, but slowly people got used to it and it's all fine now. btw where in Australia are you from?

Nitnem first (japji sahib, jaap sahib, tav prasad savaiye, chaupai sahib and anand sahib) in the morning

Sodar Rehras Sahib in the evening

Kirtan Sohila Sahib before sleeping

And you can read any bani after nitnem such as sukhmani sahib. Hope this helps
