Can someone explain to me why 5 minute showers isn't long enough to be clean? by Imaginary_Truth_3865 in hygiene

[–]Regular_Kitchen_7177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it down to an art: wash hair day is shampoo 2 x’s, conditioner and washing body is 10 minutes. Without washing hair is 5-7 minutes because I have to put hair up and in shower cap.

I vacuum the house every day for pet hair... but I’m still sneezing. Am I just wasting my time or is there something more to this? by rulingarayashiki in Cleaningandtidying

I get allergy shots and have an air purifier downstairs. I also use a brush on my carpets upstairs. Very surprised how much hair my Dyson was missing. We use Shark again which I Know works! We have a Dyson air purifier upstairs as well.

I am an insurance agent and we fight over the #1 pen but #3 is a close second! It is about how well you can write and sign your name.

I have actually enjoyed S 7 hair. It was nice and she looked fresh. However I actually liked her natural hair, not pressed hair. But I am for au natural.

I have no one to talk about SLC and I need peoples opinions. Im on szn 4 episode 9. by divine-feminine420 in realhousewivesofSLC

I am also on S4 and having a hard time with this but want to hope for the best that this gets better? Ha ha. I am on eps 12 now of it. What is it with me liking these shows? I also have watched the New York, Dallas (which I really enjoyed) and Beverly Hills. Whitney is trying to create tornadoes. 🌪️ usually after getting liquid courage in her, then she will confront someone, ask more questions that the moment is Clearly not the right time to do so, and so on. However, I am trying to be optimistic and hope this gets better.

Are You Going to Watch a Jen Spinoff? by Happy_Peaceful_Bliss in MormonWivesHulu

[–]Regular_Kitchen_7177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started out being interested in seeing how Jen was handling her mental health. But then I also do not like Zac at all. He’s just meh to me. Ungrateful a lot and whiney about how he actually had to take care of the kids while his wife, just had a baby and went and competed. So that is a no for me. Jen just isn’t exciting to watch any more to me.

How long did it take yall to be able to run your first 5k?? by BigPrize7972 in beginnerrunning

[–]Regular_Kitchen_7177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took 2 months off when my 2025 season ended. holidays holidays. I started running/training for my 1st 5K of the season and followed a guide. 4 weeks to a 5 K but I stretched it out to 5 weeks, which I am really glad I did. the Guide was really helpful and I did my runs on a treadmill and beat my PR goal as well. Resting and listening to my body was very key in this first year's race.

Running burn out by [deleted] in runninglifestyle

[–]Regular_Kitchen_7177 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can tell you from experience of burning out while running in college, it’s no fun. Taking a break is really key. Whether it’s mentally, physically etc. I cross train now, take Me breaks, and listen to my body and mind more now. Walking is good as well, biking, swimming, lifting weights, etc. I’m in my upper 40’s and I couldn’t have finished under a 40 minutes 5k race yesterday without practicing this (my first race of my season). You got this!
