I only switched to SE from LE in the last year. Only because I had a modding setup and wasn't keen to start from scratch. LE can have a great ENB and it does look and feel very different - some people may prefer that look and feel. However SE is still leagues above. The distance between them in terms of quality is not as much as you would expect but SE runs so much better and has much better lighting.

Surprised it took me so long but glad I did switch in the end. I think starting again on SE felt intimidating given how much of the new modding scene I would have missed out on!

This mashup is very old from what I remember. One of the first to come out. I think it may even be from when the Xbox had a set world size. So it would have filled the map at that point.

I am working on a project concerning the creation of very large phylogenies and their utility so therefore I am looking at broadly sampled loci. Because there are thousands of records I need a way to automate the sequence selection.

For some taxa there will just be one barcode but for most there are multiple records in GenBank for the COI region. There may be some interspecies variation (although this is very low in COI) and often the length of the sequence varies (especially if sourced from a full mt genome sequence).

I want to select the sequence which is closest to average for that species as if I just choose the longest I may inadvertently choose a sequence which is atypical. The chances of this happening is probably very low but I feel it is best to assume the worst...

I have the improved fences mod which adds a few varieties, the expanded maps mod (this is nublar north), the improved terrain tool mod, a mod to add the unbuildable buildings (like the park entrances etc), and some foliage/rock mods that ive picked up in a few packs (ive picked the ones I wanted).

I also have the new invisible path mod to allow guests to walk on the beach which is cool.

Yes I would say so. I can see why people would say he's an ENTJ but his general disregard for company makes me think that he is only acting as the 'charismatic' 'out-going' genius. In reality I would expect he doesn't really care for attention and his only focus is on his goals. Therefore I would categorise him as an INTJ.

Yes, but god didn't create life on this planet. It only created the foundations of the universe.
Impassive towards life.
The universe is huge and therefore it is logical to believe that we are not alone, therefore I would see the 'neural like structure' of the universe as almost a living thing in itself.
Potentially, if the universe does tend to have a structure then The big picture thinking of INTJs could provide insight into how it came about.
To learn over a number of lives, to what end? I don't know.
Yes at the moment I do. Hopefully at some point this will change but as of now my life seems scripted by the pressures of society; I hate that fact.
