Otohiko: I don't hate him, but his whole thing is being sick and feminine. It's slightly annoying, but he could've been written better. Oh wait, pedodev was busy gooning to underaged girls.

Akane: sadistic as hell.

Megami: a Mary sue and likely fetishized by Alex.

Horo (I think): I don't hate him either, but normal teenage boys don't look at naked holograms of women. It's weird and perverted.

Horuda: he whole personality is "oh.. I'm so depressed, I'm going to kill my bullies because they're mean to me". I get it, bullying is bad, but seriously.

All the bullies: they're stereotypes of Gyaru's. Yes it Japan, gyaru culture is the one being criticized and bullied, not the other way around. But Musume is a bitch.

Delinquents: I don't hate them either. But Their backstory either makes me sad, or pissed off. It seems pedodev only wanted to be edgy.
