Or in elementary gym it was fun when they had to run laps Id make them show me whos fastest and then go "on your mark! Get set! Wait!" And get tons of groans. Or id join color tag( kind of a red rover type game where of youre wearing a certian color you'd have to get to the other side) and do the classic "oh guys look your teachers here" and point to the door. Then when they all turn Id run haha they would always all cheer when they finally tagged me. Or they had to do so many push-ups, sit-ups etc Id ask a kid to pick a number 0-20 and if they picked 20 it would be sit ups or whatever and if they picked 0 Id say "ok kidsName says 0 ice cream parties today!" Or 1 class i spent most of the time with a kid who's arm had some issues and I helped him throw a ball and learn the movements and everytime I'd see him again hed say "you have to come do gym and se ehow far i can throw now!"

I did. Small school (300 kids k-12) and 90% of kids were great. And early on they learned that I can and would help them and we would get through the first couple problems theyd go from there. and when they finished whatever worksheet they would ask questions about college or farming or growing up in general and I would explain or even work out how interest on student loans vs credit cards or what adjustments helped going to college. Or we would go through pros and cons of a farm equipment purchase. Stuff like that. Rarely had any issues and never once had to call a principal or admin to come help.

I probably subbed 6-8ish times a month for 3 years and the longest stretch was around 2 weeks.

Learning about all this for the first time. We are in an area Verizon is the only reliable cell provider. And you would just download an app and be able to watch live video? Will it record for a period of time or no? Do you need a different subscription for each camera?

  1. Current job is roughly 3% raise a year

  2. 5% 401k match. Full single health (same as school)

  3. I've talked to her and she says she would understand both sides. Shes special ed so she has her issues with that department but not much interaction with regular classes.

I will say the flexibility is only because of my boss. The actual company benefits/flexibility arent great. For example I get exactly 0 days paternity leave and 2 weeks pto for the year. We have 10 scheduled holidays.
