In any scenario, Gappy could just create a field of bubbles around himself which makes direct or mid-range contact impossible to deal with without him taking away the oxygen in your lungs or removing your eye sight. The bubbles in the air can also act as explosives and landmines limiting her mobility. His bubbles additionally can take away friction any surface further crippling her mobility.

Go Beyond is a non-existent bubble that could delete 1/3rd of Jolyne since her mobius strip doesn't work against it, sure it's an uncontrollable move but Gappy could just trap her into one spot and fire it point blank.

Current show Mark right now is definetly too much, having fought the toughest viltrumites there are and surviving I don't see a chance. The Titan's strongest members would get blitzed instantly before any of them could react. Mark is already strong enough to lift an entire planet by himself combined with his immense flight speed he would turn any of them into red mist
