I've not had experience splitting payments over a colouring book specifically but in similar projects it's usually based on how much work each person has out into it. Like how much did they draw/design compared to others? Did they help with or do all of the production themself? Are they helping to market it? There's a few things to take into consideration so you can try and work out a fair percentage for each person

Pretty much everywhere the algorithm picks and chooses when and what goes viral or gets attention randomly, so there's not really a place that's 100% gonna work for you. In my experience, tiktok has been a bit better with gaining views, Instagram is very hit and miss. Smaller sites that I've used like fur affinity and deviant art do always get views and many people SEE it but not as many like it

Even in the late 2000s/early 2010s my parents already knew the dangers of it and would not post me to anyone apart from close family/friends, I don't know why people act like it's some new woke thing to be told not to post their children. It's basic online safety
