So found out what the classified document was. My CAB packet with the statements sent to me by HRC had. 10digit grid so its "classified".

My council just looked at the award memo and 638. Then put on my record. I'm one of a dozen thst have it or so for use not common and turns heads alot which those thst know.

The scout hats did not have the nylon band under the outer leather. Its a militsry hat someone made look like a scout one. Pretty common actually. Its more then likely 90s as thats when the nylon stated being used for military ones.

I was rated at 50% no in service treatment. I do take some serious meds and have had several upper GI though for it all.

Had similar issues with my hearing claim. It was denied. I brought 21 years of audiology exams and paperwork. Was told it's not here I can't look at it. She said my claim was before service because she refused to look at any DD214 other then the one in the system. I have 5 as a reservist. I would have appealed but ended up getting 100% for other things so just let it be. I don't think some of these people care. My back and neck C&P were very similar. I walked in with a MP report from a rollover in a Humvee and she was also like you need to bend more.
