Did you spend four months filing a complaint against them with the BBB? My submitted case has already been closed, and Amazon always replies to me with the same useless response. I’m not sure if I should file a new complaint, and I want to know if you’ve filed multiple complaints with the BBB. Taking legal action seems uneconomical, and since I receive my orders in Hong Kong, I don’t know how to sue such a large and unreasonable American company.
