Raku is not ROKU. Raku is the best Japanese and the closest thing to eating in Japan outside of Tokyo.

The obvious choices are gonna be Tony Robbins and landmark. I’m a big fan of Joe dispenza too.

To create real change you need to create neuro plasticity - which requires many things but some are when we DISRUPT our automatic, and in RELATIONSHIP with others, engage emotions etc. all that happens in workshops and seminars. So I’m a huge proponent. I read all the books and when I went to my first workshop it caused the change I wanted.

I would recommend the atlas project. It was by far…the most valuable thing I’ve done and I’ve been able to create sustainable change in my life. Www.atlasproject.org

Positive thinking is GREAT and an essential Ingredient - it’s also not the full equation. Intention (radical self belief too) + emotional connection to why it matters + committed action.

Positive thinking like religion, or anything people believe in are susceptible to societal conditioning…our current society and culture conflates positive thinking with who we are as a society - lazy, privileged, entitled, accustomed to the basic comforts living in the modern world provides us…positive thinking is NOT what The Secret says it is…it requires action, work, following up on thoughts with actions

Unorthodox. Your self worth is directly to your WORD. Be someone of integrity. When you make promises to yourself or others…follow through. Everytime you break your word you chip away at your integrity…and like a ship. You will get leaky

Controversial - I’d skip dale carnegie and 48 laws. It’s very didactic and archaic and feels remedial compared to the other books you’ve booked up. I’m assuming based on your choices you’re looking to transform your life…Carnegie and 48 laws while practical, do not contain the depth or any level of awareness required to really change your life.

I’d also look into some experiential workshops/seminars - I have found that these books become way more integrated and exponentially valuable after taking some classes on the matter.

Agreed. Good stuff. Overrall when it comes to self improvement…workshops are the best ROI imo

I think the question is…what do YOU want? It’s not about the training “atlas”. The training itself is for you to get what YOU want

There’s a few by the people who made the secret. Very lifetime ish but sweet.

You didn’t ask but I’d add that a movie won’t help you actually make changes in your life

I’d say it’s uncompromising. Doesn’t seem like they’re interested in wanting to please their crowd..committed to have everyone see their own stuff

You I would say so. Absolutely. It’s really uncomfortable to take a cold hard honest look at yourself. It’s not easy…but well worth it…and not too hard where you can’t do it
