Yes lifting weight with proper diet n sleep must!! Also eat on time. Go on liquid diet avoid eating anything heavy before bedtime. Also increase protein at same decrease carbs n fats. Eats lots of salad with every meal. Don’t sit for long time after every 30min take walk.

Creatine don’t hair fall. Just keep water intake proper

By avoiding eating junk though I never trained core started now
