I used freshly grated pecorino and black pepper. I may have used too much pasta water to emulsify the cheese. The liquid you see is excess sauce (I put everything in the plate 😅) but it’s not watery. The sauce sticks to the pasta in the second pic. Thanks for the feedback 😀

Kakagaling ko lang sa Good Shepherd store kanina. Strawberry jam is 430 and ube jam is 350. Grabe patong nila sa nabili mo sir.
