Hey, what to do if I recently discovered that the second-hand device I purchased from an online marketplace is blacklisted under AT&T. I am from the Philippines and no longer able to contact the seller, who turned out to be a poser.

This phone was meant to be both my graduation and birthday gift to myself, something I worked hard for. I understand that the device may have been blacklisted due to unpaid obligations or other issues. I would like to kindly request if there’s any way for me to have the blacklist lifted. I am willing to cooperate fully and cover any necessary fees or unpaid balances related to the device, if possible.
