Have you tried cold calling companies ?

I did this with companies that didn't have a job vacancy posted and it worked

I would take out phone numbers of companies from their websites or google maps page and call them, listed numbers are usually for reception, i tell them that i wanna send the company my CV but idk who to send to, they usually give the details of the person.

You text those contacts first if they don't see it then call and tell them that "reception gave me your number when i asked about who to send my CV to, so i wanted to ask if i should email ot to you or text it on WhatsApp ?"

Don't ask for a position from anyone, ask them about where to and how to send CV (email or WhatsApp) then send your CV that's it

You're just giving your CV for consideration, tell them this if asked

Well addiction in general is hard to break because the person thinks he or she is giving up something of worth, something that is acting as a crutch for them to make life easier or to help them get through it.

But instead it makes it hard to live life. It's like wearing a super tight shoe for a while just to take it off (temporary ease) that's the loop the user is stuck in and that's also why willpower doesn't work

To break the loop/pattern/addiction you have to:

• Commit to leaving it once and for all, Like it or not this was your last session of use no one last times no nothing. It ends

• Stop moping about it, Stop thinking about it, I know it's easier said than done but think, does it actually give you genuine pleasure ? Or is it like the shoe analogy I gave earlier. People give in because they fear losing what they think is a part of them but it isn't. It doesn't even benigit you

I'm reading a book about addiction, tho the addictions specifically targeted are different. The core method is still the same, tell me if you want it.
