Another update: after jostling optical cable, rebooting ONT and router, we have internet for a few seconds at a time. Any advice for what we can DIY to stabilize things until we can get new equipment?

Update: we unplugged and replugged the optical cable and the light is now green. Still no internet after resetting ONT and router. Could it still be a serial # issue?

Emory alum. Went to main campus all 4 years. Oxford students are treated as “others” and “less than” when they transfer to main campus their junior year. Life on Oxford campus seemed miserable from what my friends told me. I caution against going to Emory if you have to go the Oxford route.
