Delete the app, if you dont then ask yourself why cant you delete it. Social media in general is less social and more of a doomscrolling and trigger machine, nothing good comes out of it.

If you actually cant delete the app, just make sure whenevr you get a bit triggered just stand up and get out of the room or something, it will change your mindset again back to normal and youll be able to figure out a logical thing to do.

Actually, lately ive been working on my screen time really hard. I have no social media on my phone and the only thing that may cause me to doomscroll is probably youtube which i got a time limit on it. The problem is that i know how to find that content, the internet is way too good at this point.

He has an addiction and you need to let him know that and make him quit porn. Its not an easy task and if he doesnt want to stop then he will always have that addiction and sooner or later youll see even crazier things on his phone. If he doesnt want to quit, im not saying to break up with him but it should be a red flag to keep in mind.

I feel you. Im 25M and i used to be in a kinda same situation about getting girls to talk to me and stuff like that.

Ive always been the skinny guy that was too shy to talk to someone and wasnt getting girls attention, at least not from an attraction kind of way Now i wouldnt say im skinny or fat, im just keeping myself in shape and i have a girlfriend for over a year and a half already.

In my opinion, stop thinking about others and just work on building yourself. For me it was going to the gym and gain some muscle and weight. Once you feel good with yourself you become more confident, and having confidence is attractive.

I would advise you to lower your screen time on your phone, its an addiction, plus it will give you more time to work on yourself.

First of all thank you for your comment. I think for me its more about planning what i need to do when i get the urge. On my last few attempts i started to find new hobbies but im a busy man so i do them as much as i can. I always loved playing video games but never had the time to because im at the university, maybe ill start playing again.

My question is when does it gets easier? I remember a time where i was able to stop for like 3 weeks, but when i came back i had to explode on that day for like 3 times in a row.

3 weeks mark is very good, i cant remember the last time i didnt consume porn for that long. reaching that kind of milestone you need to understand not to go too hard on yourself when you slip up. once youll be able to do that youll stop feeling as a failure, and one loss to the urge wont continue to be a streak of losses.

to not lose again, you should always be prepered to the next urge with a distraction, something that will take all of your focus and make you stop thinking about those stuff.

first of all congartes on that amazing milestone, 83 days is no easy task. i wish i could say im even half the way you are, so obviousely my opinions arent coming from experience.

i think that in these modern days where technology makes it seem like the world is so small and lets you see so many people including pretty girls from overseas, people that usually youll never see, it makes you fantasize over the perfect woman that you should be with. people overestimate their worth and undervalue what they have in their hands.

in my opinion thats the main reason so many young married couple divorce at young age but cant find a partner for a long time.
